Booking info

Our online Box Office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you're on site and want to book in person you can pop into the Festival Theatre Box Office (between 10am and 6pm, Monday - Saturday) or if there's availability, then you can grab last minute tickets from the bar at The Nest, from 45 minutes before the show.

If you need to speak to someone or have a query about your booking you can call 01243 781312 and our friendly Box Office will be able to help. They're open Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm and bank holidays can vary.

Seating at The Nest

All events in The Nest are unreserved bench seating, general admission - so get there early for your pick of the seats!

We have two wheelchair spaces in The Nest. Select the box labelled 'Wheelchair User & Companions Ticket' when you click to book.

You'll find The Nest in between the Festival Theatre and Northgate Car Park. There is an entry ramp leading to The Nest from the walkway of the CFT site.

Payment

We accept Mastercard and Visa. We also accept CFT Gift Vouchers and Theatre Tokens issued by SOLT. Theatre Tokens can be redeemed online once you have added everything to your basket, or give our Box Office a call and we can add them to your account ready for your next purchase.

Ticket Delivery

Your tickets will be sent by email. We recommend adding your mobile number to your CFT account so we can also text your tickets to you on the day of the performance. E-Tickets don't have to be printed, just show them on your smart phone when you arrive at The Nest. If you can't find you tickets, they can be downloaded from your CFT account at anytime, just login and click on E-ticket.

We recommend that you check your internet browser is up to date since older versions can cause issues when booking online. On tablets and phones make sure the app you use for the internet is on the most recent version.
